Our own preference is for wild gardens which will encourage more wildlife – this means natural planting styles with native plants. We are passionate about plants and often, if left to our own devices, like to liven up the planting and add exotic species as well. We like to use organic materials and recycled products in the hard landscaping.
We often create gardens for people who prefer a low maintenance garden, and this is easily achievable whilst still incorporating the wild theme whilst ensuring sustainability is built into it.

Plants are chosen for their visual impact, be it for colour combinations, form or structure, and also for their importance to wildlife and for culinary and aromatic reasons.

We have also built some interesting decks in more wild areas such as paddocks and orchards where the use of wood rather than stone provides a more organic seating area.
Wildlife Ponds
Ponds are a specialty of ours and we are able to construct ponds to suit every requirement. Our favourite is of course the Wildlife Pond.

All our patios and terraces are hand built to the highest standards using five spot concrete to achieve a stable base, and hand pointing the joints with wet mortar.
